Pre-mix bases, fillers, toxic chemicals, synthetic colours, fragrances, additives and the myriad of questionable chemicals are never a part of our approach.
CRUELTY FREE. NO ANIMAL TESTING. We are proud to be Leaping Bunny approved. A global programme, Leaping Bunny requires cruelty free standards over and above legal requirements. All of our own brand cosmetic and personal care products are approved under the Cruelty Free International Leaping Bunny programme, the internationally recognisable gold standard for cruelty free products. We adhere to a fixed cut-off date policy and proactively monitor our suppliers to ensure that our products continue to adhere to the Leaping Bunny criteria. We believe in micro-batches, hand blended and filled at our studio so that a little bit of love spills into every apothecary jar. Only the finest packaging will do: our French Violet glass is refined to block a complete spectrum of light, letting in only the violet rays that protect and preserve the bio-active energy of our premium ingredients.
VEDIC, ORGANIC, BIODYNAMIC FARMING.
We respect seasonality and the sacred ceremony of harvesting in cadence with nature’s rhythms. Our essential oils are always therapeutic grade and steam or hydro distilled, never toxic solvent extracted.
Our serene, sunlit studio and lab is filled with the sounds of sacred, ancient chants as we lovingly concoct and formulate our hand made creations. Surrounded by a micro herb garden where we plant heirloom seeds, recycle and vermicompost, it is not unusual for a waft of cinnamon or neroli to greet visitors!
