We ship by Hong Kong speedpost or registered post for online orders and Fedex or DHL for larger orders. Expect around 6-10 days.
Our collection is intentionally small batch, hand filled and ships fresh from our studio. We ask for your patience in your package making its journey to you. We offer expedited courier services for an additional fee. Please email email@example.com to enquire.
Purearth takes care in putting together your order and to hand it over to our courier partners. We regret we cannot be held responsible for delays due to courier company issues, any unforeseen customs delays, issues out of our control, local or international customs, taxes or additional fees your country may levy. We have known customs in some countries to open our gift wrapped packages for inspection. Please take note.
Tracking details are emailed to you as soon as the order has been handed over to the courier company. Please kindly ensure that you track your package to check status and time of delivery. Tracking options may not be available in some countries.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Each piece in our collection is freshly formulated, carefully handcrafted and hand filled. Subtle nuances in colour, scent and texture due to seasonality of harvesting our premium ingredients is natural. Each complexion and skin concern is unique and special and returns / exchanges for reasons of general dissatisfaction or for reasons of pre-existing skin conditions cannot be offered, sorry.
We happily replace / exchange any damaged or defective items and will fully refund your original purchase price.
Please photograph the defect as soon as you open the packaging. Products purchased during sale period / discounted pricing, are not eligible for returns or exchange.
Customised products or special bulk orders are not eligible for returns or exchange.
Kindly send us a detailed email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the reason for return / exchange within seven days of delivery and we will honour your refund immediately. Refunds / returns will not be made following seven days of delivery please.
We at Purearth are very proud of our creations and the care and love that goes into handcrafting each jar and bottle to ensure it reaches you in superlative condition.

If your purchase meets the exchange criteria, please contact our customer care team within 7 days of delivery via any of the following channels:

- For Damage/quality issues, please provide order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the defective item along with the packaging it was received in.
Our customer care team will investigate and revert within 2 working days. Upon receipt of communication from our customer care team, please follow the below steps:
In case of quality issue/defect:
- Please pack the product in its original packaging along with the invoice, labels, tags, authenticity cards, bags, boxes and/or any other inclusions sold as a part of the purchase.
- We will ship you a replacement piece at our cost.
- In the rare occurrence that a replacement piece is not available, we will issue a refund of the original purchase price.
- If your purchase meets the eligibility criteria stated above, we will happily exchange and offer a fresh piece.
- In the rare instance we are unable to do so, we issue and email a credit note to the registered email address or the e-mail address used while making the purchase. You may choose to take a refund of the original purchase price in the event of a quality issue or defect.
- The credit note will be valid for six (6) months from the date of issue and can be redeemed online.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Orders once confirmed, may not be cancelled/amended.
- Products purchased during sale period / discounts are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Products purchased prior to sale cannot be exchanged during sale period.
- Products bought online cannot be exchanged or returned in stores and vice versa.
- No refunds are entertained if the customer has provided a wrong or incomplete shipping address.
- No refunds are entertained if there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or if the package is refused by the recipient.
- No refunds are entertained for international shipments if the recipient refuses to pay the Duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and does not collect the order from the Shipping agency.
- Please ensure that the delivery received is in good condition and has not been tampered with, before you sign off acceptance.
- In case of a damaged package, please retain the original packaging (along with price tags, invoices, labels etc.) until our team reviews it. Additionally, please ensure to write “Received Damaged “on the delivery receipt when accepting and signing off with the courier partner.
